I got my first gig in a month or so, but the trick is to get people in. Set your prices low at first and your turnaround quick, so a sort of sale offer in 24 hours. You need to get some good reviews in to start getting more clicks, then you can start to charge more. I went slowly at first then by 6 months orders were regular with repeat clients. Good luck!
