I know about Quick Response Feature. But I would like to know more about the following matter.

What type of sentences should we put in quick response? 

(as we do not know about what the buyers are going to discuss)

It’s a good space to put things that you say to clients often. Like, I have a quick response for declining certain projects I can’t do, answering policy questions, etc. Any questions you feel like you answer regularly would be good to have a quick response for so you don’t have to keep typing out the same responses over and over.
