when I create a gig video ( just a slide video ). 
which better?
self voice or
I can use background music.

That's a great question. If you use background music–keep in mind to not make it too loud, as that will distract what you are trying to say.

You can use both, but self voice is more preferable, also make sure your voice is clear to understand.

In terms of making videos, I think it will be better to present yourself proficiently and describe your services in the video rather than using slide videos.
