Buyer committed fraud

Hi, is there any place to complain if buyer committed fraud?

As for if Fiverr will actually do anything about it, that depends on the kind of fraud. 

Chargebacks, for example, are covered as-long-as you indeed fulfilled your end of the contract completely. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010978618-Chargebacks-and-seller-protection

If your contract has loopholes, though, there's nothing Fiverr can or will do.

Beyond that, it might depend on who you get as a Customer Service rep.

Also, if you just need to vent about the situation in general (not seeking help, but in a 'listening buddies at the bar' kind of way), then The Ranting Pot category here on the forums is for that. Bad buyers are a common problem.

Hey thanks much for all that who helped me to solve this problem. I have opened a CS ticket and explained the problem. They said they will handle the issue with that buyer.
