Should Fiverr implement certification requirements for sellers

Having sold on Fiverr for the past few years the number of sellers has grown dramatically. Some categories are now very saturated leading me to the question, should sellers have to prepare real certification to sell in some of the categories. 

In my opinion this would increase buyers wanting to work with sellers on Fiverr as it would show that sellers were vetted to sell in that category, have sufficient skills. I still here people saying Fiverr is full of cheap none skilled workers and that Upwork is a much better platform for hiring people with skills.
