Rating problem

Is it normal that buyers don't rate your work/give you reviews. 

I have done 8 orders so far (while 9th is in the queue) and two buyers didn't even bother to reply back once I delivered their works.

Yes it is, they don’t owe you a reviews or contacting you after you delivered your work.  
80% of people rating your services so it’s a good percentage.

Its ok. Not every buyer sees the reason or clue in giving a parting word... Just manners

From 8 orders 6 buyers give your reviews. average 80%-85% is not bad

Sometimes, buyers just don't care about the review. Or sometimes, I would say buyers don't satisfy with the results and they choose not to leave a review. In that case, it might be better since your rating would not go down.

Yes, it is. The client is not obligated to do so and may choose not to.

Once again, they are not obligated to do so. I always message my clients after the delivery thanking them for the order and wishing them a good day. I don't have to, but I think it helps to show that their business is appreciated and they can contact me whenever they need help in the future.
