Issue with Buyer Request

It's fine in past but recently I can hardly find buyer request. Am I only facing this or there are some other like me. Is there any issue with buyer request now on fiverr?

Fiverr updated the buyer request system since last month. And you all will see mostly latest buyer requests.
I can see you're a seller without any level.
And you can see only those requests where 10 seller without any level didn't send offer yet.

It means whenever 10 seller without any level send the offer to a specific request, that request will not be available to any other seller who don't have any level.

 

So be proactive and check frequently.
