Can I promote my gig from the sellers who promote gig on Fiverr?

Hi Everyone, I am new seller in Fiverr. 

I want to optimize my gig from Fiverr gig promoter sellers.  First Question: It is will be good for me? Second Question: I don't have any balance in my account. If I want to promote my gig ,What is my way in that case?

You mean; pay other sellers, as a Buyer, to promote your gigs for you? If that's a service you want to purchase, it's your prerogative, but I would caution you to be SUPER careful that you pick someone who can do it properly.

ALTERNATIVELY: If you mean, promote yourself by contacting other Sellers about your services, then ABSOLUTLY NOT. Fiverr ToS:
