refundable insurance fee

hi . i tried to take a project on fiverr . but the buyer wants the refundable insurance fee. can you please help me about that??. thnx

What is your project even about? I can see you aren't using the Fiverr messaging system and communicating outside of Fiverr. You've already broken the Terms of Service... You should only communicate within Fiverr.

Simply reply him that,
When you place an order, it's mostly stay with Fiverr.Com
Once your approve the project and mark it completed. Fiverr will release fund to me.

This is how fiverr order system works. So I think there is no refundable insurance fee system needed for working together.

The only gig listed on your profile is for a translation service. A "refundable insurance fee" is complete nonsense and the mere fact that you are communicating to this "buyer" outside of the Fiverr platform means you won't have a leg to stand on when this "order" goes sideways.
