Fiverr Account Under Review (I violated the Fiverr Tos)

So, I will be honest I violated Fiverr Tos and I didn’t knew about it. The buyer asked me to work outside of fiverr and I agreed and then my message got under review and my account got under review and restricted.

Are there any chances of getting it back? I had around $50 in my Pending clearance section. I was a level one seller earlier but got demoted because I had less order completion rate.

Are there any chances? I read the Tos and I completely agree that it was my fault. I have contacted Cs telling the same that I didn’t knew and I agree what I had done and I also promised that it will not happen again.

Please help, fiverr meant a lot in my life.
