Help with voice communication Please

In the terms of service, It says we cannot contact each other on any other mode of communication to circumvent your business. I have a unique circumstance that something as long as this takes me 30 minutes to type out. I am in need of an easier voice way to communicate properly with people. I want to set up a business contract with mikelconsulting for a business plan. My hands are in a lot of pain to type this out. Please help me so I can use a way to voice chat with them. they have chosen to block me when i was prepared to spend over 700 dollars and since they are a local Canadian company.
