Deleted member who did not do gigs

I had two gigs with a seller. I think he did neither of them. Time has run out. Now Fiverr says he cannot be contacted, How do I get my money back? Thanks

If you open the link to his profile in incognito mode, is it still there?

If you use Chrome for Windows, go into the message and right-click the username in the panel to the right, select ‘open link in incognito mode’. If the profile comes up, chances are you were blocked, if the page is no longer available, chances are they were banned.

Are the orders showing in the Orders tab?

Get the order number and share it with CS when you contact them to explain what happened and ask for your money back. You can do this even if the seller blocked you so don’t worry about that.
