jd_fit
One or 1 and half month ago, I did a logo design project for a client of mine who has ordered from me in past as well. The work went well and order was completed. I made one order of $100 into of $50 each. After few weeks, I got a notification that Fiverr support team cancelled my one order of $50 and funds were given back.To give the funds back, Fiverr cancelled my two completed orders one of $40 and one of $10 to complete the amount.I want to ask after all the work and complete project, I get cancellation rates of two orders and also funds were taken back. How is it my fault in all this ? I mean how is this fair ?
marinapomorac
Was it chargeback or was it CS?What did they say is the reason for refund? If you have evidence that you delivered as per your description and you are fluent in English communication and have composure to write without being emotional you can get your money back. But that’s just the way it is here. This is why I generally don’t do large orders unless I know.and trust the buyer.
