Only get notifications when I turn on the screen of my phone

This is an issue I’ve been having recently.
Sometimes I receive mobile notifications late or just get them when I turn on the screen of my phone.
Same thing happens on pc version. I only get notifications when I’m on fiverr, like I don’t get any when I have the tab open, but focusing another window.
On my computer, I do get the sound, but can’t see the notification message unless I focus Fiverr window. And I mean, I have two monitors, that’s why I notice.

I set up my account so I get e-mails every time I get a message. I like that even if I am not signed into Fiverr I know I have a message.
