You have 24 hrs to reply to a new message. That’s plenty of time for you to get online.

Your average response time is 2 hours. What makes you think you have a problem?
What makes you think it was an intentional attack on your stats?

You don’t have to do anything. You have nothing to worry about. Your response time is perfectly fine. This is a meaningless stat anyway, that’s one of the last things buyers would pay attention to. As long as it doesn’t take you weeks to reply, of course.
