Should I create a custom order if

After I place an Offer on the buyers request if the buyer messages me will I need to create a custom order before I do his or her work???

Hello! If you respond to a request in the BR section, the buyer could proceed by directly accepting the offer you sent him. Usually they send you a message so you can discuss about details (and it’s better - to avoid any misunderstanding) and in this case you can proceed by sending a custom offer.
