I have been working on fiverr since over 7+ years, my ratting was at 5.0.  I provide daily updates, and I respond to all messages within an hour.  I over deliver and I enjoy many repeat orders, Until the system change, my Success score 6 no orders no repeat clients. I am beyond frustrated 
really don't know what should i have to do just requesting for a transparency in the system.

Tbh, I am also facing the same issues here, but I do realize I have to make some improvements in terms of my communication effectiveness.
Can I know which factor, is impacting you the most on your success score, is it client satisfaction?

I agree and share in your frustration. I am also stuck on 6, although at the beginning it was 8... I don't think Fiverr know themselves how this works. Try to make sure that as many of your clients as possible leave reviews, especially private ones, it seems to help.
