The best advice I can give you for growing on Fiverr is to share your profile with social media, blogging and by word-of-mouth.

These three methods if combined well, can give you good results. After that, you must be able to give to the client all the effort possible, trying to do your best in helping them 🙂

Try to active in fiverr. Spend long time in fiverr forum.
Share your gigs to your own social media and try to bid on jobs from buyer request.
