Fiverr disabled my account and removed my gigs

Hi. Just now fiverr disabled my account because I violated their terms and conditions. But first of all, I certainly DID NOT violated any terms and conditions, secondly, they removed my “proofreading and editing essays of schools or universities” gig because that is not a service fiverr promotes???!!!
Can anyone just suggest me what to do right now?? I am super confused!!

You are not allowed to offer any academic services on Fiverr. So you did violate the terms of service.
