Looking for suggestion about payment method issue

i am new seller in Fiverr marketplace. looking for suggestion about 2 things.

1. i have not yet set any payment method / information ( i have none) in my profile. but i have already complete some orders. so where is my payments storing. can i retrieve my payments after setting up my payment method?

2. in this situation( earned via fiverr but not set payment method ) can i purchase from seller using buyer mode?

i have not yet my National ID card so it’s not possible to having my own Paypal account. Can i use another one’s paypal account as my Fiverr payment getway?
