A customer sent me his personal id!

Today one of my new customer sent me his Skypee profile screenshot.
and asked me to message him on Skypee.

But i refused to do that and said its against fiverr TOS and i don’t message and work outside Fiverr.

As i am a new seller i am bit confused about that will it affect my profile?

a customer can only text u on fiverr.but under some conditions like live teaching online class ■■■■■ can be used for video call.But payments text and all against TOS .So text him that clearly
