Help! Cancellation

First of all, I do animations. Now I can create a basic logo with text and animate it or just animate an existing one. Now this guy thought that I will design a whole character and its not stated as such in my gig…Now he wants to cancel after staying till one in the morning animating…What should I do??!

This is one of the few instances where you should contact CS. Attach screenshots of the order, tell them the buyer didn’t read your gig and ask them to cancel it without affecting your stats.
