What does "Last seen" exactly means

Does client`s “Last seen” status mean the last time he has been logged into Fiverr website or is it just the last time he was on my page/gigs? Does it apply to mobile app too? Does it have any bugs? I mean can the status be wrong? I am asking this to understand the actions of some of the clients who stop responding.

Last time they logged in to fiverr. No probably it’s not wrong. Yes it applies to mobile app.

They were on fiverr but not answering you or messaging you.

Ok Thanks! Yes that helps me understand. Actually the client is sown Last seen 2 days ago and thats when he stopped replying. So he was not on FIverr at all.
