Buyer asked me for academic work

I am honestly worried now, I am a new seller to fiverr and I got an order of $10 today and a guy asked me for help in an assignment and they actually admitted on chat that it is academic material that they need, I am extremely scared now as it is against the ToS to do academic work on fiverr, I have written to the customer care and disputed the order, is there anything else I can do?

It sounds like you’ve done the right thing. I can’t see Fiverr punishing you, as you didn’t actually do the work.

It happens from time to time. CS cancels these orders without affecting stats (in my experience). You did everything right and have nothing to worry about.
