As you said above, Fiverr banned your account for “abusing the buyer request tool”. I doubt anyone here can help you with this. And please, don’t tag people that haven’t responded to your thread.

If Fiverr banned you and you said that is because " abusing of buyer request tool", we can’t help you a lot.

Could you give us input, what you send to client, before you got ban?

If you were a seller before (which it seems like you were from other posts) and you used the buyer request page to promote your gigs, then that’s against TOS and probably part of the reason why you were banned.

That’s just a guess though.

no i not promote my gigs

i just paste a link of website that i need to make and post a request on fiverr

and now i am unable to login
