Buyer is not able to make payment

Sometimes naughty buyers will try this tactic to get new sellers to submit their work through messages instead of the order page.

The “buyer” will tell you they will pay you later or ask for your address so they can send you a check or ask for you email so they can send $ through PayPal directly.

DO Not fall for this scam. If Fiverr does not approve their payment then they do not have the money to pay you anyway.

Suggest he contact Customer Support:

The buyer orders, pays, and then you deliver. That is how Fiverr works.

If you deliver through the messaging system you will have worked for free.

That is how these scammers work. Sellers have come to the Forum saying they have worked for free because of this scam. Take @lloydsolutions advice and tell him to contact support.
