My performance degrade due to repomse time

Hi. I have the Fiverr app in my android phone… but this app suddenly not show any notifications about the activities or messages automatically.

The result when I open the app after 2-4 days gap … I can see there are messages and I replied to all one by one… now j cam see my response time effected due to this technical glitch … also might be I loose sales… help me on it… kindly improve my score after analyse my account…
