How to attract more clients to my GIG

Hello ! I provide legal services on Fiverr. These days sales are very low. I want to know what are forums through which I can market my gig to get more orders. At at this stage I am not financial stable to go for google or other ads. Also, I currently posted my gig in Facebook and other social medias. Is there a any other way to attract more clients ?
