First order, Got bad review

It is my first order on Fiverr. I had some bad experiences and misunderstanding with the buyer. He gave me a 2.7 review. What should I do now? Should I delete this account and create a new one? Suggestion, please.

That’s not allowed, you need to contact customer support and ask them before doing so. Doubt they’ll allow it.

However new account or not, seems like if you got a bad review out of the gate you need to see what you did wrong and where you need to improve.

1.Contact the buyer and explain the reason and ask him to change it

2. Use the fiverr resolution center and send a massage to him

Sometimes buyer will change his review.

This is the worst advice it is possible to give anyone on Fiverr. Doing any of what you have suggested will result in the OP getting banned.

Should I delete this account and create a new one?

No. Just delete that gig and think carefully about what went wrong before you create another like it.

Stop sharing such horrible advice. People will get banned because of you.
