The cliente buy my gig that is for create Website Design. And after the purchase, she wrote in “ordering requirements”, that i need create a logo.

Of course i refuse, because the offer is for create Website Design, she never tell me before about logo, and i don’t offer services for logo design.

How someone can buy one item, and expect two items.

You can either charge her extra for the logo, if you do logos that is, ask for a mutual cancelation or explain her that she did not pay for that

Do Well Communicate With Buyer and Insist that i am offering this services because i am not a graphic designer. I am a Professional WordPress Designer.

Please communicate with the buyer clearly that what services are included offered by that particular gig. Please remain polite while communicating the buyer. Hopefully the buyer will understand his or her mistake and purchase additional gigs for the service which is not covered under by your particular gig.

Good for you for standing your ground. In the freelancing world we call it scope creep.

Unfortunately some people are really entitled and make weird assumptions.

I wouldn’t bother trying to find reason. There is no rational explanation.

we call it scope creep

I like that term. When someone tries that by adding extra to the requirements section I ignore it. Or sometimes send an extra for that additional service if it’s something I have an extra for.

I like it, too! It’s also a great pun. Creeps indeed!

I knew a wealthy elderly lady who often hired workmen for around her house and without fail always got them to do a lot of extra work without paying for it. She was an expert in using scope creep. Lots of people try this tactic so it’s important to be on the lookout for it and know how to handle it.

I sended a screenshot of my gig for the client see that is not mentioned that i offer logo. The cliente just came and say: I’ll let you create a logo too.

I think that cliente understood, that she can’t buy a item and receive two.

I don’t create logo for anyone, in just some cases.

I do understand that you don’t create logo for anyone but if you see that the client may be returning in future with more work than create a logo. It will create a goodwill for you.

No! They won’t return. That is how an amateur thinks. Never do free work, unless it’s a long term client who is always very nice.

Do not be a desperate new inexperienced seller. Act like you are a professional.

Stand your ground, don’t cancel.

Tos states that not only is not liking the end result not a good enough reason for cancelling, but also that using the revision button to demand extra services is not allowed.

Talk to CS, tell them you don’t want to cancel - quote TOS to them, because sometimes they forget.

Refuse to cancel. Politely.

Refer the buyer to “other sellers here on Fiverr who specialise in logo design”.

I was in same situation couple of times. I offer web designing services but most of clients asked for the logo too. Luckily I’m good with graphic designing too.

Yeah in person i don’t like create logo, just for some clients. But this buyer just think that i need do a logo without i charge for this. Is insane

Yeah insane, now its routine of most of the buyers to ask for extraaas. Unfortunately, we need to do to maintain our fiverr performance. Secondly fiverr is always in buyers favor.

You don’t exploit yourself to get future work and please don’t tell others to do that.

This is terrible, harmful advice and true professionals don’t succeed like this. This is clearly a con from the buyer. It’s sad you don’t see that.

I agree. Buyers try to take advantage of new sellers just because they don’t know any better and haven’t much experience. They try to get free work or act like it’s normal and they expect it, and don’t think the new sellers will say anything about it.

You cannot be too shy or new to simply say that you will need to charge more money.

Yes! The whole “play dumb” thing.

They pretend they just didn’t understand the scope.
