Source file issue

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all fine. i am facing this problem for last 4 months please guide me if someone know about solution of this problem.
The problem is when i send proposal on the buyer request i get only few option that i can mark such as source file, vector file or 3d mockup. Please let me know how i can get all option.
