dipu_2018 Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 In my Dashboard is Showing me Response Time N/A or 0 Hrs with green color(Mobile App). But in my Profile It is Showing me Avg. Response Time 3 days. And Response Rate is 100%. So Response Time 0 Hours, is it good? Then why showing me Avg. Response Time 3 days? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
