Need to understand Fiverr algorithm basically how its work?

how we can take more orders in a smart way because I was seeing that most of the seller has low rating but they have more than 10 orders in their queue so how it’s possible? I mean if they are relatives of Fiverr or they understand the Fiverr algorithm.
