No information to complete the job

One of my Fiverr gigs is to write bio’s for DJ’s and music artists. I’ve just had a buyer place an order. My main requirement asks for information and the question is quite specific. Instead of the buyer supplying this information, he’s sent me a couple of photos and 3 of his songs. I’ve replied saying in order to write about him I need to have the information about him. But the countdown timer has started. Is there any way to pause the timer in these situations, as I now have to wait indefinitely until this information is supplied, and until it is I can’t do the job.
