On Time Delivery Percentage

Hello Everyone,

My On Time Delivery has been decreased to 50% from 100%. I am confused now about how many orders I have to complete in order to get to the 100% back again.

Please help me with this.

You don’t need to get it back to 100%, you just need to keep it at least 90% on time in the last 60 days.
And it only counts orders completed in the last 60 days.

But it depends how many on time and late orders you’ve already completed in the last 60 days (and whether any of those orders will go out of the 60 day window when completing the new orders).
If you’ve completed 2 orders in the last 60 days, and 1 was on time and the other was late you’d need 8 more on time completed orders in the last 60 days for it to go to 90%.

Though just completing 1 more on time delivery will eventually make the on time deliveries figure go to 100% (assuming no more late orders in the last 60 days) when that on time delivery is the only order in the last 60 days.
