Why I show offline

Can anyone please guide me why i am showing offline ?

I’ve heard it may be a bug. I wouldn’t worry about it. You don’t need to be seen as online in order to obtain sales. Buyers place orders from sellers they wish to work with, whether they are online or offline at the time.

Refresh your browser twice or thrice then see. If steel shows offline then you can contact cs.

@jonbaas Thanks for your reply , I got it I checked in setting and it was selected as offline. Now it’s showing online.
