Online status is not on while im onlline>

Why my online status’s green light is of while im online.
Why im not able to see the status’s green light through computer browser on other hand im able to see the online status through the mobile fiverr app.what is going on here?
Anyone can guide me?

This is a common bug! If you refresh your browser a few times, it’ll show that you’re online again. Hope this helps!
