debbie_ph
I have a very basic question and i just wanna ask it here.If you got demoted to lower level last month ( level 1 ) and the next evaluation will be on February 15th but still you have the one spot that has a red flag - will you be demoted to the NO LEVEL stage? or you’ll stay to level 1 until the next evaluation? odal456
I think you will be demoted to “New Seller” if you do not meet the requirements.
somaginer1996
There are separate sets of requirements for maintaining Level 1 and Level 2, so if you are able to maintain the Level 1 requirements then you should be good. If not, you’ll be demoted.
grydlynnes
Apparently, the worst demotion is level newbie. At that level you just have nothing to fear as that’s the lowest level. And nobody has yet been thrown out the platform on account of the new rating system.
hamna931
You will be demoted to a level called “New Seller”. I know you don’t want to be called by this beginner level but this is how Fiverr has designed their system because they want you to work hard to earn better level. Put your focus on quality and great work, so things will automatically become normal for you one day.
shashanewallace
As said above, you would be demoted to new seller which I think is ludicrous. It should at least leave you at a level 1 seller. How can you be at new seller with over hundreds of 5-star reviews etc. But, it’s fiverr’s rule and we have to march to the beat of the drum. gina_riley2
I wish 5r had a system in place to filter by the number of reviews instead of just by level. I think it would be more beneficial.By the 15th of February, there will be level 0 sellers with over 1000 reviews and level 2 with 50. It’ll be confusing for new buyers or those that don’t read the forum.
misscrystal
Maybe there should be a level .5, or minus 1, or something in between 1 and new seller, that older sellers who have lost level 1 can be called.
