Looks good. I make mine with egg and fried potatoes instead of the pasta. Have to try that.

I have a Spanish friend that does that. She adds onion too.

The spaghetti is usually mixed with a bit of leftover ragu, chopped meatballs, eggs, and dry parmesan cheese. However, I have made it with just the eggs, parmesan and spaghetti. It is also fun to put small cubes of mozzarella and pepperoni in too.
