Only if they’ve asked you to contact them. Did they ask you to contact them?

If they didn’t then your message could easily be seen as spam and reported.

I concur with all of the users above.

One more thing, you should keep in mind the level of seller as well. If its a TRS or PRO seller, you know they are most of the times much busy to even check their inbox for genuine order requests rather than new month greetings.

BUT that doesn’t mean that I am inviting you to wish me a new month. A spam is a spam, no matter what the sellers’ level is.
