Nice tips, but I’d also mention: respect to the buyer but also ask for respect to yourself. Nobody likes to deal with a weak-charactered person. Try to use business language at first encounter… and then, if person likes non-formal style - write as he does… try to be equal in the language style, it will make a scent of friendship:) But during first months on fiverr - try to be as gentle as possible… as responding as possible… to gain levels, trust and reputation.
