I am not allowed to post my gig

I have gone through all the prompts to publish, when I get to the last page that states Publish your Gig, I click on the button and it goes from gray back to black

 

No pop up messages stating what I have missing, or gone wrong. ???????

 

The top journey has all green checks and i am encountering the problem at the very last step. does anyone know how to fix this'?
