Funds not showing on Payoneer after withdraw from Fiverr

I withdraw my money from Fiverr to Payoneer. Also got an email but there is nothing on my Payoneer account. Please help me
i also got a mail about my payment

Amount $463.80
Payment Description alii_writer payout
Once the bank transfer to your personal account is initiated, you will receive an email confirmation from us with further details.

but there is noting on Payoneer.

The funds that you withdraw are in dollar ($) and your payoneer account is showing “euro balance”. Click on the “Euro balance” right side little arrow and select the $ balance. See what happens!

Contact the payoneer that why your dollar balance is not showing.

Secondly also wait because you selected the “Bank transfer option” so it take some time or 2 or 3 days to transfer to bank. But also contact “Payoneer support centre” to ask about the dollar currency.

I think you asked for a bank withdrawal, so many should go directly to your local bank account and not to your payoneer balance.

To be honest, I’m not 100% sure about this, but I think this is what happened.

Anyway, the best way to consider, is to contact payoneer supprt team.
