Need to be able to mark a gig has requiring more information/ requested information not submitted

Sellers need to have the ability to stop the time clock by requesting more information. Right now, I have an order that is marked as “seriously late” because the buyer has not responded to requests for missing information at all.



The time clock starts once the buyer submits information for the order, but in this case (and in another case before), the buyer didn’t submit ALL of the information needed.
