Rules breached? Panjandrums united!

Hi talking to customer services is like communicating with a dead person. My account was restricted without any notice or reason given. Customer services says for ‘breach of rules’. I don’t know what rules I could have breached. I buy only and pay for everything, plus I tip well when satisfied. I dunno what I could have done to incur the wrath of the panjandrums.
Can anyone help please?
