OP is asking a question about Promoted Gig Feature on Fiverr.. not other promoting medium like SMM (Social Media Marketing) etc. If you don't have funds or unable to manage funds for "Promoted Gig" feature then don't turn it on. Try to get orders organically then. You can optimize your gig gallery further i.e. add your previous work in a creative way..

Honestly, no one is disrespecting you. @catwriter was stating the facts and was guiding you but you did not listen to her advices. And she was right that you are being dishonest by stating that you are "Fluent" in English which unfortunately you are not.. Just listen to her i.e. simply change your English language settings from Fluent to Basic/Conversational.. If you are a School Student then what does it have to with the English language? Well you were at fault actually. If you had already delivered the work then why did you use the delivery button again unless buyer asks for modification.. it was not a mistake. It was intentional as you wanted to show them the evidences. Definitely your account will be affected because of order cancellation but warning will remain permanent in Fiverr's system. Anyhow, be careful next time!

Why don't you do a research on Fiverr for it? Have you ever tried to check profiles and gig galleries of other sellers?

Hi too If I look at your profile and gigs as a Buyer, I find nothing good there because your gig galleries have zero capability to grab buyer's attention. I am not referring to delivered order's images. Usually buyers prefer to see the 1st 2 images of your gig images.. I have read your personal description too, you have mentioned that you have 12 years of experience, then why have not you added some of your previous work in all gig galleries? Thirdly, WordPress is too competitive niche on Fiverr.
