Do research on Fiverr regarding your niche to observe how other sellers are offering their services. Shopify is also a competitive niche on Fiverr so definitely competition is tough.

Over-optimization of gig is not a good thing to do. After editing your gig, keep an eye on clicks and impressions that they are improving or not with the passage of time.

You have mentioned in your personal description that you are highly experienced WordPress Developer so why have not you added some of your previous work in the gig galleries? Buyers have no idea about you that what can you do or what not so better to add some of your designed websites in a creative way (in gig galleries). Secondly, WordPress has become one of the most competitive niche on Fiverr so competition is tough (other niches are competitive too). So you need to optimize your gigs in such a way that it grabs buyer's attention plus stand out more among other sellers.

This is what I said. It's actually your BSR, Private Reviews, Performance Scores etc. which are not good enough to be qualified for gig promotion feature. How do you know this? You have no idea about it unless you have asked your Success Manager (if you are a Premium Seller Plus Member).

By cancelling the order. But it would be better to discuss with buyer and request for delivery extension.

Probably you have not met additional quality metrics yet (may be your BSR is low). You have 4.9* reviews (average) not 5*. If you have positive public reviews then it does not mean that you have positive private reviews too. You might have been negative private reviews too. So wait for the right time.
