Simply, improve/change your primary gig image of each gig and add attractive image there. You need to work on gig galleries. Present your previous work in a creative way there.

You all have to read the following topics and stop misguiding others by saying "Stay Active All The Time, For 18-24 Hours, Always etc." 🙏

Those buyer might have given you negative private reviews this is why your sales have been badly affected and your gigs have been pushed back in the search results. Because of these reviews, your performance and BSR scores have also been dropped. It will take some time i.e. 3 - 6 months to get recovered from those reviews. Meanwhile, try to improve your services and deliver quality work to make your buyers happy.

Why are you blaming Fiverr? I can see clearly that why are not you getting orders.. As per your profile description, you have mentioned that you have 4 years of experience then why am I unable to find any of your work in gig galleries? If you really have 4 years of experience, then add some of your previous work there so that buyers can have an idea about you that you are capable of doing their tasks or not.. In addition to the above point, improve your gig galleries. Currently, they are not good enough to attract buyer's attention. For this purpose, I will encourage you to do research on Fiverr regarding your niche and observe how other sellers are selling their services. Web Development has become one of the most competitive niche on Fiverr so obviously you have to make your gigs more stand out among others. Improve your gig descriptions as well. Good Luck..

Your question is already answered i.e. Quality Issue. It means you need to improve the quality of your services so work on it. You have received 3.7* review 3 months ago, that buyer might have given you not a good private review.. these are the reason of your promoted gig disqualification. You need to work on your communication skills as well (suggesting based on your review). Promoted gig will be back once you meet your additional metrics (most importantly, quality metric) till then wait for it.

If your impressions and clicks are not increasing with the passage of time, then it means something is wrong with your gigs i.e. you need to optimize your gigs further. Your gig galleries are not attractive enough to grab buyer's attention so you can improve them. Also, there is a possibility that other sellers of your same niches are performing better than you. Do some research on Fiverr regarding your niche and observe how other sellers are offering their services etc.
