Looks like that you need to work on your gigs i.e. improve the gig images, gig description etc. You can turn on the Get Briefs feature (via Gigs page - though it's a tricky feature) but in actual, you need to work on your gigs more! Why should they promote their gigs when they work hard on improving their skills, creativity, quality of work, communication skills etc.. ? And they are getting orders too! If you really do work hard on your gigs then you will be able to get more orders or more exposure to buyers (if your gigs are strong enough to grab buyers) and then there will be no need to promote your gigs via social media marketing, promoted gigs or any other medium. 🤷‍♀️

Well portfolio matters. That way, buyers will be able to understand your skills and that you have an ability to do the task or not! So you need to work on creating a portfolio. You can use your creativity to design something as you are a Graphic Designer too. Good Luck

If you are getting enough impressions then it means that your gigs are being viewed by buyers.. No.. I don't think that you can find the info on who is becoming Level 1 or Demoting! But the question is why do you want to know about it? 🤔 Sellers will be demoted or promoted to the Levels based on the criteria and requirements set by Fiverr! So it is better to work and focus on yourself first rather than focusing on other seller's level!

So I am gonna suggest you the following: You need to work on your Gig first Change the gig images (gig gallery) because some of the images are not relevant to your gig. Post your video (portfolio) Must use a watermark logo or text to protect your copyrights (video). You need to change your gig description because it looks like it is not related to your gig. Describe your gig i.e. what exactly are you offering, what will be included in the gig (explain your gig briefly or in such a way that buyer gets a clear idea about your services) Do some research before updating/creating your gig on Fiverr. You can turn on the Get Briefs feature via Gigs Page. It's a tricky feature but work with it too. Good Luck!
