  1. I've been getting a lot of reviews like this recently. It's obvious that buyers still don't understand the "Value" question. I suspect they believe they're rating Fiverr's value (fees etc.) rather than the value of the seller's work.
  2. The new limit is four gigs. If you already had seven gigs before the new system was introduced, then you get to keep those seven (Fiverr doesn't delete existing gigs) but if you delete one of the gigs yourself, then you can't add another one.
  3. I have also had a few of these "4.7 + tip" reviews recently. My suggestion is that if a buyer tips, then it should count as five stars for value on the back end, even if four stars are still displayed on the front end. So when Fiverr calculates overall gig scores, sellers can be confident that these "4.7 + tip" reviews won't negatively impact our gig rankings. Perhaps tips are already considered when calculating gig scores? (they should be)
  4. The system could be configured so that when a client leaves a tip, but also selects less than five stars for value for money (perhaps by mistake), they get a prompt from the system: "Thank you for leaving a tip. Are you sure this seller doesn't deserve five stars for Value for Money?"
  5. I'm guessing this is because our scores are calculated relative to everyone else our categories, so as other people get reviews and move up and down, your position relative to them changes.
  6. I got an answer from support on this. If you already have more than 10 gigs, you get to keep them (but can't create any more).
  7. Hi @Kesha, I still haven't seen an official answer to this question which has been mentioned several times. The number of active gigs for L2 sellers is being reduced from 20 to 10. Why? What happens in March - does Fiverr randomly delete half our gigs, or do we get some time to decide which ten gigs we need to delete? Thanks!
  8. Still haven't seen an official response to this. Why no difference between L1 and L2 (both 10 active gigs), but then a huge jump to 30 active gigs for TR? I'm a copywriter and graphic designer (L2). I have 19 gigs, all for different services. Fiverr search results are very keyword based. The right keywords need to be in the title or the five keyword tags, or else the gig won't be found in search results. I have gigs for Business Plans, Proposals, Capability Statements, Reports, White Papers, Company Profiles, Pitch Decks, Case Studies, Brand Style Guides, Brochures, Sales Copy, Video Scripts, Elevator Pitches, Press Releases, Landing Pages, Website Content, Blogs/Articles, and Consulting. Each gig is different and the titles and keyword tags are used for keywords that buyers will be searching for, specific to that gig. Could you at least change L2 to 15 active gigs instead of 10? I really don't want to delete half my gigs. It took a long time to set them all up, create great gig images, write the descriptions and FAQs, analyze the right keywords etc. Surely there should be a difference between the number of active gigs allowed for L1 versus L2.
  9. I'm a copywriter and graphic designer (L2). I have 19 gigs and they're all for different services. Fiverr gig search results are very keyword based. The right keywords need to be in the title or within the five keyword tags, or else the gig won't be found in search results. So I have gigs for Business Plans, Proposals, Capability Statements, Reports, White Papers, Company Profiles, Pitch Decks, Case Studies, Brand Style Guides, Brochures, Sales Copy, Video Scripts, Elevator Pitches, Press Releases, Landing Pages, Website Content, Blogs/Articles, and Consulting. 10. It's a very strange decision. L2 should be allowed more active gigs than L1. It used to be: 7, 15, 20, 30 But now it's: 4, 10, 10, 30 This means sellers at every level except TR will be forced to delete gigs, with L2 hit the worst.
  11. The page below says L2 sellers can only have 10 active gigs under the new system. https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010560118-Fiverr-s-new-level-system Under the old system it's 20 active gigs for L2 sellers. Does this mean L2 sellers need to delete half their gigs, or is it a typo?
